At Clawguard, giving back to our community is not just a part of our corporate mission - it's a mentality that we live each and every day. Our small company started locally and has been supported locally, but because we continue to grow nationwide, we know that it's only right to support organizations everywhere.
When beloved Hollywood actress and animal rights activist, Betty White passed away on New Year's Eve, the Betty White Challenge was born. A viral trend swept the internet encouraging fans to honor the late star's animal rights activism in recognition of what would have been her 100th birthday by donating to an animal welfare organization of their choice.
Clawguard knew we had to get in on the action. We're going to donate $500 and you get to decide where.
We're asking our customers and followers to head over to social media and tag your favorite rescue organization in our comments. On Thursday, January 13 at 12:00 pm, the Clawguard team will randomly choose an organization and the donation will be made on Monday, January 17.
1. The organization must be a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit.
2. Organization must be animal related.
3. Organization must be in the United States.
4. Organizations can be tagged as many times as you would like.
CLAWGUARD is proud to support rescue organizations and animal welfare groups around the country. We know firsthand how hard these groups work to help pets in need and that is why we not only pledge a percentage of each product sold to animal welfare groups around the country, but we choose to participate in global movements like the #BettyWhiteChallenge. We truly believe that our furry friends and their parents deserve the best and we hope that we can help to provide just a little extra.
